"The housekeeping on the 10th floor is really nice. She keep our room nice and clean. she also worked with our wired jet lag schedule too. Our stay at Xixi Hilton was wonderful, the stuff are nice so is the delivery robots:) Only one little thing, the breakfast coffee don't have lactose free option, but I figured out how to bought my own from store. "Loft room was a pleasant surprise. Spacious and modern. Great to unwind with the family after a long day of walking around West Lake. The location isn’t the best for access to the lake. Breakfast and lounge were also really great. Would recommend if you plan on staying several days. "
