"They cannot call it a suite just because they squeezed a worn out hide-a-bed love seat next to the bed. It had stains and the bottom looked like it was scratched up by someones cat. The layout of the room was useless. Unless you want to sit on the nasty couch, you had to watch the tv by laying at the bottom of the bed. "The property is undergoing new renovations. The rooms are spacious and upgraded. They’re very nice. The outside grounds are not the greatest. The property has so many potholes that are hazardous. This needs to be corrected. Immediately. The staff were great, very friendly and attentive.Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. It’s a good location."

"Stay all the time, great place for business travelers. Manager can be difficult for business travelers that company’s book their travel for them. I didn’t have the same CC for my stay, became a thing at check in. Never had a problem before. Makes me nervous to stay moving forward."

"I checked in and was provided a room.
My wife is in a wheelchair. The room was not wheelchair accessible. They changed room to an "accessible room"(?) which the wheelchair brushed both the wall and bed footboard at the same time.
The beds were hard as a 2" PC of foam on a piece of plywood. The lights from the "Mall" across the road shined in the window all night...
I will never stay there again."

"I used to stay at Red Roofs when I traveled for work. They were so much better than this one. In the room the paint was peeling off the ceiling in a large area. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work so any odor came out in the room. There were 3 of us and there were only towels for 2. Got additional towels and they looked like someone had been working on a car with them. A lot of dark stains on them. Even the envelope for the room keys was used. It was worn and had a previous room...
