Incredibly cozy, comfortable, and stylish apartment near the medical center and the NRG stadium. Also, short drive to the museum district and about 8 miles to downtown Houston. Total of 2 bedrooms with one featuring a King Size Bed with an attached bathroom and the other a Queen Size bed and a queen size Murphy cabinet bed: It’s Centrally located to everything. Upon entering We will make sure you walk into a clean and sanitized place and feel like its all ready for the weekend. We have traveled quite a bit and appreciate how an AirBNB allows us to feel like we are "home" even when away from home.

You will have access to the entire home. We have provided towels per guests and fresh sheets. If you need additional linens, please let us know before you arrive. You can use the washer, dryer and dishwasher as needed. The home is supplied with detergent and laundry sheets. The guests registered are who are expected to be staying overnight please.

The apartment is located on the third floor which is easily accessed by an elevator or by stairs.

I do have a doorbell camera located on the outside entry door which is used for monitoring/security and is recording at all time

We don't need permission to access the property if there is something that you deem unsuitable, that needs remedy - Smoking inside is a violation of our house rules and something you can’t do.
This leaves the house in a condition not suitable for the next guest. You can smoke outside on the patio and please discard in trash and not all over the property -

Your white glove service includes linens, bath towels, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods and basic toiletries.

Additional supplies can be purchased by guests for an additional charge -
To provide the best quality service to our guest, we offer luxury hotel-quality towels/linens.
Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. - Makeup/foundation, towels are to be used only for their intended purposes (Any makeup/foundation face medications/creams, and tanning products that stain our regular towels will result in additional charges
Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Guest are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains.

Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Our Housekeeping team will wash all the laundry. -

Check-in at4pm / Check-out at 11am
Check out time is STRICTLY 11 AM. - Any late check out is subjected to a late check out fee of $100 USD. -
If your late checkout exceeds two hours we will charge your for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs. - This additional day charge is the BASE RATE of the room without discounts that may have been applied -
The occupancy limit for this property is 7 and any additional guest on the property will be automatically vacated for trespassing -
Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges
- No parties or events
- No PETS of any kind
- No loud noises between 9pm-10am
- No outside noises between 9pm-10am during the weekday - No unregistered guests
- No illegal activities and weapons of any kind
- No smoking of any kind inside the house
- Park in any open no reserved designated area.
- Do not re-arrange indoor and outdoor furniture
- Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by your before departure.
- If the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest, would leave the home in, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be assessed.
- Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks. These are free and please indulge yourself to your desire. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables or any allergies that the guest might have.
