Located in the popular Coronado Lake area of Hot Springs Village Arkansas, this townhome will provide upscale accommodations and amenities that will allow for relaxation, refreshing, and recharging with family and friends.

This property is newly renovated and updated! It is a spacious 1200 sqft, functional 3 bedroom/2 bath end unit townhome. It features all *NEW* furniture and appliances, wi-fi, washer and dryer, and a walk-out patio for enjoying a cold or warm drink to suit your mood and energy of a given day.

It is conveniently located within walking distance of many popular Village amenities such as tennis, golf, amazing Italian food, and a local day spa. It also has walking access to the Coronado Fitness Center which houses an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna and more. The area also has 12 hiking trails you can walk.

*Please note that the fitness center/pool area can be used, but there is a fee and is additional charge per day paid directly at the center.*

The Village is the largest gated community in North America! It spans across 26,000 acres of the amazing Ouachita Mountains. If your a golfing enthusiast, you can take advantage of 171 holes of golf on 9 different courses all within a 15-20 minute drive!

Love the lake life? Bring your boat, as there is a boat slip right down the trail from the property you can store it and enjoy Coronado Lake like you own it! *Make sure to call ahead to verify boat slip availability*

Once you start looking, you will see endless things to do in and around Hot Springs Village. There is horse racing at Oaklawn, theme parks, or if your looking to just relax, enjoy the amazing mountain and lake views. Remember, the tag line is...."Enjoy the Village!"

Short Stay But Worth It

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything listed about the property was just as described and more. It was clean and easy to find. We did have a little issue getting in at first, but working with Tehl, we were able to resolve the issue quickly. He was very pleasant to deal with. We will consider staying here again in the future.

Weekend Get-away

We were surprised to see the front entrance space had not been attended to with the black plastic in the flower bed being exposed. The insideof the home was nice and clean, and supplied with all of the necessary kitchen items. The beds were comfortable. We would have appreciated some extra bath towels. The patio wasn't clean upon our arrival, however after speaking with Mihl, it was cleaned the following morning. It is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Great weekend escape!!!!

This was a very nice little duplex in a very quiet area. There plenty for the kids to do around the house. Close by the tennis courts and walking trails. 5 minutes drive to the lake area to launch a boat or swim. The only draw backs are it is 30 min drive to the town of Hot Springs and it only has one television.

Refuge during insurance restoration

Needed a place to stay while our home was undergoing insurance restoration and Tehl’s condo was the perfect answer. It offered everything we needed at an affordable rate. Tehl was friendly and responsive when we needed to extend. Would definitely stay here again and would refer others.

Girls Week away...

It started without a proper code to enter the property even though we checked in after the designated time. The property owner blamed the time zone, the app, and in the end it was just not a great way to start. There was both hair and mold in the shower. The location was 30 mins from town, the property discerption on VRBO was flawed. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were both to be desired. The physical location was on a rather busy road. Having our own VRBO, we know the effort it takes to ensure a comfortable environment. This property was okay, not great but okay. This is simply our opinion, and others may see it differently. From a foundational point of view, ensure the access to the property is made available without extra effort and clean the shower drain and change the shower curtain to remove the mold. The bedrooms, eating, and sitting areas were comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a golf tournament and the house was in a great location for us. Communication was great- they even let us check in earlier to get some groceries in the house! Very good stay for us. Thanks again-

Great Location to Get Away

Nicely updated and convenient location

Beautiful 5 star secluded property.

Property was actually more beautiful than VRBO listing pictures. Property was very clean and quiet and peaceful. The outdoor scenery was just as beautiful. The kitchen and dining area was facing a church which added a touch of serenity. All in an upscale secluded community about 25 min from downtown Hotsprings. The perfect getaway if you need time away from the noise of city life, it's the ideal place!

Comfortable getaway

The beds were very comfortable which is a must for us. It’s a close walk to the water and other areas if you wish to play tennis etc. it is a very quiet neighborhood.
