Kids Safety - We want to ensure future tenants know the safety hazards for young kids at this property. The wrap-around patio has bench-style seating/railing that kids can crawl/fit through. This seating is right on top of the water. This is a risk for unsupervised children. Also, we wanted to point out that there is a steep spiral staircase that goes from the main floor down to the bottom floor of the property.

- Lake Hamilton gets their water levels drawn down 3-5 feet yearly for maintenance. The drawdown happens in the winter months from November 1st -March 1st. This property is located on a deep channel so the dock is accessible year-round. The boats that are pictured will stay in the slip and are not available to guest during their stay. We will make sure there is room to park a boat on the dock with bumpers and rope tie downs.
