"Beautiful people and hospitality ..the room Was great so was the view. Only issue i had with room was the shower. It was backed up and drained really slow and the cleanliness of it as well. The walls were dirty and had the mold build up …not sure if my shower was clean properly or at all. But that’s the only thing i could Change about the room would be the shower other than that, the breakfast was delicious , staff was kind and very attentive …and over all Lovely stay"

"Arrived first day and the shower drainage was not working at all so the washroom ended up flooding and the water was up to our ankles while we showered. The property is not well maintained. The swimming pool had a bunch of loose tiles and my kids end up cutting their feet while swimming. "Stayed 3 nights in the 2 bedroom / 1 room accomodation. Excellent accomodation. Very helpful staff. Family friendly. Stupidly, the restaurant/bar is cashless only and would probably require a Thai bank account to pay. As a result, a great opportunity to serve it's customers, but never gets used. There are no bars/ local restaurants close by to the hotel so a missed opportunity / dumb thinking by KoKotel. I'd be happy to return to this kokotel. "
