"There is no one to check you in when you check in after 5 pm. We arrived at 8pm. The staff were rude and unhelpful. We didn’t stay there and had to rent another motel room and didn’t receive a refund even though it was not our fault. Communication is poor. The man said very ugly things to me on the phone. Do not recommend this place."

"We stayed there before a cruise some of the staff was helpful but some were new or just plain unhelpful. They tried to put us in a room next to the laundry room so we would have to listen to washers and dryers all night. Then they moved us to another room/facility and went inside turned the light on an the smoke alarm goes off. The maintenance guy comes stays a minute said its fixed it wasn't it went off again wasn't even 10 minutes. Another maintenance guy comes and he took the fire alarm...

"The staff was absolutely amazing. From the front desk, security, bartenders, cleaning staff, maintenance and the breakfast staff, everyone was absolutely amazing. We had a few issues that required an extra day and they went over and beyond helping us. Pool was great, drinks were cold, movies at the pool added extra fun. Breakfast was something I could do without (not very tasty), but overall it was an amazing vacation and will definitely return."
