Welcome to Coconut Cottage #1, an inviting ground-level condo just a two-minute walk from the beach! With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this vacation rental sleeps up to six guests. The living area is the perfect place for you, and your guests can sit back, watch your favorite movie, and enjoy each other’s company. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet space for all your meal and snack essentials. In addition to the bistro table in the kitchen, there is an outdoor table ideal for sipping evening drinks and feeling the island breeze as you dig into your delicious homemade meals and Anna Maria Island take-out.

The primary bedroom offers a calming atmosphere perfect for catching up on much-needed sleep. The updated primary ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and plenty of space for all your necessities. The second bedroom is bright with natural sunlight and fun décor and has ample closet space. The third bedroom is perfect for younger guests and has a tv for midday entertainment. The second and third bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Additionally, there is a sofa in the living area.

If you plan on traveling with a large group, the Coconut Cottages have three other condos available for rent! *Please note: 3 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.
We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

Small Florida Condo.

The location of the property was nice. Not far from anything though not necessarily short walking distance to the northern attractions of the island. It’s convenient to public, Dunkin’s, Walgreens and the bridge back to northern Bradenton if you need anything. It’s a very short walk to the public beach and included a cart and some chairs (we added two more chairs and another umbrella to the collection). Pool was nice and had a pool side table and shower. Beds were a little warn but still comfortable enough.Shower pressure was awesome. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals.

It was a great location. was disappointed that the pool really was not warm. I knew the weather would be cool so the heated pool was an important reason I rented where I did. The door lock was confusing. there were three different items that could be used to gain entry. It would be helpful to remove the ones not being used. overall it was probably worth the money.

AMI Vacation 2023

We had a great week in this cottage. The pool was fabulous. Accommodations were perfect for us. House was very clean and comfortable. Would suggest a small club chair for common area. Close to shopping and restaurants. Very private and quite. Will definitely visit again.

Loved it!

We loved staying here. We loved our own little private heated pool, the location (just down the street from the beach and right next to Skinny’s, a popular little burger place), a nice little kitchen, and comfortable beds. The only complaint we could come up with was it needed more comfortable seating in the living room and another spatula. This was a great little place and with great service!!

Easy..perfect location. Skinny’s next door was perfect “old Florida” just what I needed. Not easy walk to restaurants but you can get around using the monkey bus. Worked great for me and will do it again

Amazing Vacation!

We have kids ranging from 4 months old to 18 yrs old, and I knew this property was going to be a hit the moment we opened the gate. It was late and we had been driving for 9 hours, but the moment the kids saw the beautifully lit, perfectly warmed pool, all the planning and driving and money was worth it! Even I could swim in the pool in December, and I do not like cold water! I loved that our younger kids could wake up early, as they do, and get straight to swimming while I fixed breakfast, and the teens enjoyed their beauty sleep. We didn't have to wake up the teens because the littles needed to get out and get active. Then, in the evenings, when the littles were wiped and needed rest, the teens enjoyed swimming! Like I said, perfect. Now, for the inside. The house was well stocked with both beach and bath towels, the property was clean, and the sleeping space worked excellently for us. Even the pull out sofa had a nice mattress on it! Not one of those crappy ones you can feel the springs through. The beach access was super close, and everything was provided for a good time there: beach wagon, beach chairs, and umbrella. Everyone agreed, we all wished we had more time to stay and play!

The property was great, my grandson loved the pool. Walking distance to the beach was amazing. I think they need to change the umbrella it was stained really bad. The BBQ didn't work so we bought a small one to use. We will definitely come back!!! Tammy

Good location, lots of updates needed

The location was good. We had plenty of space and loved having a private pool. Would definitely stay again if updates took place. Lounge chairs in pool in pictures, only one and it was broken. Outdoor furniture is filthy and needs replaced. Beds and pillows are hard and flat. Sheets are rough on sunburns. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Found previous guests food debris and beverage spills throughout home. Not sure if it’s the washer or dryer, but have grease stains on white clothing that was washed. Aside from some questionable cleaning we enjoyed our stay and the island immensely! The pool was always inviting, just wish the accommodations outside were cozier. Thank you for another year of great memories with our family!

Convenient and relaxing

Loved our stay! Pool was the very best part...kids spent hours splashing away. The pool was heated perfectly, well maintained and very clean. Comfortable bedrooms and convenient kitchen. The location is unbeatable. No traffic, right by the grocery store and the beach. Perfect little spot!

An amazing bungalow across the street from the beach

This property was spotless. For small bungalow all the appliances were full size, which made it easy to prepare meals. The pool was warm, and kept our small fry busy, they never wanted to leave the bungalow. I will forever remember by grandson's voice as he opened the gate and shrieked "We have our own pool". Great memories.

Nice pool and convenient to beach

Very clean cottage with a nice pool. Super short walk away from Manatee Beach, and a short drive from Coquina Beach, my favorite one on AMI. It would have been tough for the five of us if it had been rainy because there wouldn’t have been room for us to sit comfortably and hang out in the living room, but we got great weather and spent most of our time out at the pool or at the beach, and we went out to dinner every night, so the small living space wasn’t an issue. Valerie was very responsive, and everything ran smoothly. Thanks for a nice stay!
