"The room was clean, old, windows were so dirty that you weren't able to see out them? Homeless surrounded the property! Had to pay to paid your car there! Over all it was quite so it made up for all the other stuff. Oh the breakfast was just okay."

The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere was gorgeous, and my 3 year old had a blast at the kids pool. The hotel staff upgrades us to a suite and gave me a birthday gift. Every employee at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. I will absolutely stay here again."

"We stayed at this location last December and liked it enough to book a recent stay there. We were amazed to see how much the overall appearance of the property had depreciated in 5 months. The breakfast selection was so poor we went out to get food. The topper - the 2” roach which was on the wall of our room. We left. I will say that the manager was nice enough to refund our money."

Some great restaurants across from the hotel - Cantina Loredo (good happy hour), Great sushi & service at Edoko. Coffee at Summer Moon really good. Would definitely stay again. I did not use the pool, it looked well maintained and was being cleaned daily when I sat to have my coffee. I did not use the hotel bar/food. Easy parking straight outside and...

"My husband's martini was terrific served in a pretty glass. The bar was real nice and they split our shared late evening meal in the kitchen so our burger was ready to eat without needing to cut it. We had a nice time and would return when we visit Frisco, TX."
