"Good overall"

"We stayed at the Omni for 4 nights and I have to say that this was the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere was gorgeous, and my 3 year old had a blast at the kids pool. The hotel staff upgrades us to a suite and gave me a birthday gift. Every employee at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. I will absolutely stay here again."

"Poor reception. Staff support was terrible. Parking is limited. Breakfast was minimal overall it’s a terrible place as far as managed."

"Room was very dark, wife also complained about the lack of lights in the bathroom for doing her makeup. Luggage rack was missing one bolt and collapsed while being used. Just need some attention. Staff was great and location was good for access to shopping and where we needed to go."

"I liked it was very clean and staff was very nice, but the pool was a bit disappointing because it was very small and there was no temperature control in it. Like it was an afterthought. I got in for a few minutes but it never got comfortable. Breakfast was meh, but I’m always grateful for included food in a stay somewhere."

"Great area for a place to stay. Walking distance to many restaurants. Very quiet in the evenings, clean units and comfortable beds. Everything you need for an extended stay."

"Check in was easy. Room was clean, comfortable and nice and quiet. The bed was a little too soft for my liking. The property was a nice treat with a pond and animals. Would stay here again. "

"Bed smell bad, sheets where not clean had to get new sheets and had to change them myself, the front desk was not welcoming at all, property was very dirty, the bathroom was even dirty, the too. Smell humid."

"The they/them that was working the front desk upon arrival was not welcoming or helpful with an attitude problem. The door on the room didn't want to latch when closing. You would literally have to SLAM the door to get it to securely latch. The restroom door was the same. The bed was decent and the breakfast was good."

"Beautiful space but bathroom was rather small and only one mirror was usable which was difficult with 4 people trying to get ready in the morning. Very poor lighting overall and the room was rather dark even in the day hours. Pool was not open the three days we visited so we didn’t experience that amenity. We didn’t pay extra for the breakfast as there are many food options nearby for better prices."
