"We went for the solar eclipse which turned out to be a dud. What wasn't a dud was the property in which we stayed. It was clean, stocked, and well maintained. Communicating with the owner was a breeze. I defiantly would stay there again if I was ever in the area."

"We had a GREAT stay here! We were a large family group, and so having 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms made the logistics very smooth. It is not easy to find a place in the area with actual separate rooms with real beds (as opposed to air mattresses), and so this was a welcome find. "My family and I stayed for three nights while visiting the Buffalo area. It was in a good location for quick trips to downtown and other destinations near Buffalo. The house is located in an older neighborhood across from a park. It's pretty active during the day but it was quiet at night and felt safe. The driveway is shared with the downstairs rental so be aware you might have to street park. The apartment looks newly renovated but still had some original elements such as wood floors and...

"In area for concert at HyMark stadium and was 12 minutes away with convenient Tim Horton coffee shop, shopping and dining near by. Waterstone grille- great service and food. Host very responsive and checked in during our stay. Bed was comfortable, few cobwebs on ceiling, but otherwise clean. Busy road, but didn’t bother us."

Pretty Victorian interior, clean bright open kitchen, charming parlor, bed comfortable, bathroom showers need to be cleaned better ( only disappointment) Overall, 3 1/2 - 4 stars rating. "Traveled to Buffalo for a two day concert.. the house was easy to find and very close to the Bills stadium which is where we needed to go. Plenty of places to eat and get coffee. Check in was a little confusing one email said 3pm one said 4pm. However when a called I was allowed access. Hosts were very nice and accommodating"
