The space
Valley View is a spacious and modern house located on the high side of the road, offering breathtaking views of the valley. The house features a large master bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, as well as a newly renovated en-suite with a double shower. In addition, there are four double bedrooms and a single bedroom, providing ample space for a family or group of friends.

The lounge area is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. It is equipped with all the modern amenities, including a large smart TV with Netflix, Stan, Binge, Disney Plus and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook up a storm for the family, making meal times a breeze.

The dining area is ideally positioned to take in the expansive view over the valley, making it the perfect spot for a family meal or a romantic dinner. The house has been thoughtfully designed to maximise the breathtaking views of the valley.

Other things to note
It would be appreciated if guests would turn off the AC units on leaving the house. Also on departure it would be greatly appreciated if guests would load up the dishwasher and turn it on.

IDEAL LOCATION - GOOD VIEW

It was a lovely house and suited our family. Host was wonderful and had excellent communication. We will stay here again if we come back to Hobart.
