"The room was huge, beautifully clean and well equipped. Every member of the staff was very helpful, friendly and engaging. Parking was easy and secure and the grounds were impeccable. The breakfast was made to order and it was fabulous. We only stayed the one night and wished we had stayed longer. We look forward to returning very soon. "

"Wifi didn't work at my room at all, nice hotel with very good restaurant but nowadays good WIFI quality is a must, in a business trip very needed. Personally I found the mattress too soft."

"Era justo lo que necesitábamos. Estuvimos una noche "rápida" (llegamos a final de la tarde y salimos pronto a la mañana siguiente). Pero el hotel cumplió con lo que necesitábamos. El personal muy amable, nos recomendó un buen restaurante italiano bastante cerca (5 min. andando) que sin duda valió la pena. "

"Stayed with you Friday and Saturday. Lovely room. Very comfortable bed. The room was spotless. Staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The only negatives were the shower was blocked and the buffet breakfast choices were not as good on the Sunday."

"On arrival at Bell Cottage we were met by occupants who directed us around the corner to the owner's house. The owner was not in but able to communicate via the Ring doorbell. We were greeted warmly and told where to collect the keys to a different property with en-suite and a shared kitchen, situated to the the left of the owner's house. So a bit of confusion to start with, but the attic room we occupied was lovely, cosy, comfy and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay. "

"It was a surprise to see such a tiny room and tiny bathroom. I complained about the low heating. 21 degrees is a low temperature taking into account that there's no heating in the bathroom, which is freezing. At least they change the towels daily. The machine to boil water for the coffee powder is also appreciated."

"Booked the comfort triple room with private bathroom, on arrival we were shown to a twin room and a single room, without private bathroom. When we quieried this the barman said they don’t have triple rooms with private bathrooms so I showed him the booking I made along with this room still being advertised. He went away and returned stating he could not do anything as the manager wasn’t available, therefore, we had no option but to stay in rooms we had not booked. Shared kitchen was dismal, one...

"Not great for the money, spend another 20 quid and get a better room somewhere else. 1 towel No shampoo or soap and no heat as it was shut off. Breakfast was a few biscuits, a wrapped croissant and a couple of boxes of cereal, meh at best. "
