"Lovely historic hotel, very pleasant and helpful staff, good food and bar, easy parking. All great. Only suggestion for improvement was brighter bedside lights for reading. But loved our stay!"

"Safe parking. Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful. Menu is excellent and value for money. Beds comfortable and rooms clean with tea coffee facilities. Bathroom with large white fluffy towels and complementary shampoo conditioner shower gel. "

"The room was very comfortable and clean. And the staff very helpful. We were travelling and had to get up early so missed out on the breakfast. We did not take advantage of the spa facilities so cant comment on this. If we are in the area again we would stay here again. The only down side is there is not a restaurant onsite, we were given a list of places which was very helpful, the pub we chose was only 6 mins down the road in the car and was very welcoming and the food good."
