"We were given a very spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The room was large and the bathroom serviceable (apart from the shampoo not working properly). The whole hotel is in need of a refurbishment and I thought the same 5 years ago. We didn’t eat in the hotel but the staff were friendly at reception."
"Cleanliness should be reviewed from the city council, bathroom’s ceiling covered in black mould, carpeted are so dirty as I never seen something like that before.
