This 1BR treetop oasis in Sea Pines sits amongst the gorgeous maritime forest for a truly unique beach and golf getaway. Floor-to-ceiling windows line the interior, creating a stunning panorama of greenery.

Dine alfresco on the open-air deck or gather for a movie in the living area. You'll be a quick drive to Harbour Town, famed golf courses, as well as the sparkling coastline.

LIVING AREA

Cozy up on the sofa in the living area to watch favorite shows on the 52'’ flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, as well as helpful gadgets to create delectable meals.

Keep the chef company at the kitchen bar with seating for three. When it's time to eat, share meals at the ample-sized table.

BEDROOM & BATH

This condo sleeps two guests.

We absolutely loved our little tree house stay! They had everything we needed. Great location. Walking distance to Harbourtown, CQ restaurant and bakery cafe. We saw a ton of deer. It was nice and peaceful. Super cute inside. Owners left us a treat basket and were super helpful when we locked ourselves out! Lots of memories made! Thank you

So close to Harbour town activities yet quiet in the woods. Even saw the deer. Steve was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Thank you for offering your cute, comfortable and very clean home!

Awesome experience!

I came with my husband and two elementary-aged children. The hosts were very quick to respond when needed. The "treehouse" as our kids liked to call it was just like the pictures, beautifully decorated, spacious, and we had all we needed for our stay. We saw deer daily, enjoyed short walks to Harbour Town, and bike rides to the Marina & other parts of Sea Pines. Overall, it was an awesome experience for our family!

Beautiful Villa

We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful villa. The wildlife is abundant all over the property. We encountered multiple deer right outside the villa, and an alligator on our way out for lunch one day. The location is perfect. Many restaurants within walking distance and just a short drive. Shopping in Harbortowne is within walking distance. The beach is just a short drive away. This is the best property we have stayed in. We will absolutely be coming back. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your villa.
