Known as Anthurium Acres, this property has a variety of bamboo trees, palms, and an open grass field perfect for a game of soccer, flying a kite, or hosting a formal dinner party. It truly is the house on the hill with a spectacular view. Take it all in from one of the three lanais.
This home has five bedrooms, four bedrooms in the main house and an attached mother in-law suite that sleeps four and has its own bathroom and private entrance.

There are three office desks throughout the house for your convenience. The living room has a office center with computer, webcam and printer. The dining room seats up to 10 people and it can be used as a conference room for virtual - interactive meetings using our Smart Screen equipment available (You must provide your own laptop). This is a great home for pure relaxation or a business conference center for building high performance teams.

Just 10 minutes from Downtown Hilo for food, shopping, and fun at the beach. Swim vests, snorkel gear/fins, surf board, two inflatable paddle boards and 20+ family board games are available for use.
