"Clean and comfortable room."

"I was dismayed that only one of two elevators was working. I also found it inconvenient that there was only one ice machine for the entire property. But beyond these complaints, I had a very good stay at this hotel."

"The hotel was very nice, the only complaint is the breakfast offered, all microwaveable food. Nothing cooked. I was told it’s a new program they’re trying, it’s terrible. Even the bagel was terrible. Starbucks coffee was the only plus, not free, they should have a coffee self serve station like some other hotels. Other than the “restaurant” the hotel was very nice. There’s a big lounge with TVs very nice area . "

"Everything is excellent and clean, great bed great amenities- the water fall trail is rough but the view from the balcony is beautiful "

"We were in the inside upstairs and tbe rooms are great!! Staff was amazing. They were redoing the parking lot so parking was limited but that wouldn't be a issue on going. "

"The AC/Heating unit can’t be redirected from hitting the person on the right side of the bed. The room was clean, but missing a chair and a luggage rack. "

"This was our favorite hotel on our vacation (and we stayed at seven hotels on this road trip). Big room, with great amenities so we could make dinner in our room. Really clean and well kept hotel. Highly recommend! "
