"The front desk personnel we're excellent.
We knew for the price, it wasn't going to be a great place but our power had gone out and we needed a place to stay. They Have a beautiful bathroom mirror with different light settings and everything but they're there wasn't one towel rack or hook in the bathroom to put a robe or shirt.
I would think that's just a basic. One little trash basket in the bathroom but none throughout the whole room, Again you would think that's just a basic. The TV was huge...

"Hotel was nice. Only issues were we went to our room but room key did not work. Had to go back to lobby and found that we were given the wrong room key. Bathroom door was difficult to close fully, kept getting stuck while rubbing on the floor."

"I asked for room service and during 2 night stay I was denied, had to stay in a dirty room and nor was I replaced any new lotion or shampoo bottles. The pool was and currently shutdown for the summer. This information was not provided in the website nor was I accommodated by the hotel manager when I advised him my family I traveled to the hotel to enjoy the pool and among other activities. No one cared to help improve our family trip, no accommodations or a slight discount for the inconvenience...

"The level of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service have declined. Common areas such as e!evators and hallways were stained, contained spills uncleaned for days, and have a slight odor.
The linens need to be retired; frayed towels and worn sheets seem to reflect the ho-hum attitude of staff and management. Overall a safe and convenient location for a short stay, but far from the gleaming experience represented in the Hilton brand."
