"Let me just take a second to give a massive thank you to Jackie, the proprietor, for saving my butt last night! I had a very late arrival and completely forgot to call ahead. Could well have been sleeping in my car for the night. But Jackie made sure to not only go drop my key for pickup on arrival, but she also made sure my room was nice and cool when I got there. The Angel of Sussex they call her. Book this place!"

"We stayed at this hotel for three days, and the rooms were always spotless. Each day, they changed the sheets and emptied the trash. The breakfast was far better than other places, and the staff was always attentive, checking if we needed anything else. I would definitely recommend staying here; it's also very close to Legoland, and there are plenty of other stores and restaurants nearby, including a Super Walmart 2 minutes away from the hotel."

"It was a busy time at the hotel but each interaction I had with staff was lovely. I don’t do breakfast but would head down in the morning for fresh coffee and it was well managed, other guests seemed to enjoy it. Room was clean - although a bit funky smelling. I think it’s the deodorizer they used. Parking onsite and free. Gotta love that. Was only 15-20 minutes from Cornwall (my focus) so that was convenient. I’d probably stay in Newburgh or Beacon next trip. Not much to do around the hotel."

"Highly recommend this for a beautiful family experience if you have kids! We enjoyed a 1-night, 2-day stay, and we absolutely loved everything inside the hotel and had an amazing time at the LegoLand park itself. However, there were a few downsides for the price. The room's cleanliness wasn't up to par it just lacked that fresh, crisp, clean feeling and smell when you walk in, and the bathroom was the same.
