"As a solo female that travels a lot for work this place was perfect! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook, the place was clean and super easy to function in! There’s lots of extras that the hosts provide and they’re super commutative! I really appreciated them continuing to check if I needed anything like a refresh of the sheets or space during my stay. Will definitely be re-booking whenever I come back!"

"Overall we had a good stay at this location. It was easy to find and came as described. The house was very clean. No complaints as to that aspect. There are a few things to note with this property. The steps to the hot tub only go up about 1/4 of the way of the side of the unit. Most will find this to be accomodating, but unfortunately, for me it wasn't. If you have short legs, or more limited mobility you may want to keep this in mind. We were fine not using it and I fully understand that is a...

"Excellent on many facets to include overall look, cleanliness, and communication with owner. The only issue I had was with the firmness of the bed, however, this is a personal issue especially with a fused lower back. Great location close to the Village for restaurants and shopping. If this was on the lake or had a very clear view of the lake would have made the stay priceless. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Cozy cabin! Futon was amazing as it is a great addition. Loved the sink but the kitchen is a bit small. They have all the basic amenities but no oil so be prepared. They do have plates, pot and some pans. Fire pit is great as well as the outside areas like the central campfire and the little playground for the kiddos.Close proximity to The Village as well as Snow Summit, lake, etc. Overall great stay for a small family with little ones."

"We enjoyed the cleanliness and warmth of this cute cottage. It's great because it's close to the village but note there is no real yard anywhere for this property. The ladies at Big Bear Cool Cabins and their after hours customer service (Luigi) were fast, supportive and kind. Our trip was off to a rough start but the staff at BBCC were wonderful."
