Villa Thea amazing 6 bedroom villa with a heated indoor & outdoor swimming pool

Villa Thea is modern villa, located in the area of Kokkini Hani just 15 minutes from Heraklion town. It has breathtaking views of the area and the Mediterranean sea.

It can accommodate up to 16 people in bedrooms (all en-suite) and offers a range of facilities, modern appliances and stylish interior areas to ensure a comfortable stay. The villa has an outdoor area, with a lawn garden, a heated indoor pool on request at extra charge and an outdoor swimming pool with a BBQ area offering a unique holiday for its guests.
Villa Thea has a 330 sqm interior area and is built on two levels. The ground floor consists of four bedrooms all en-suite, two of them with a double bed and two of them with two twin beds which can be converted into doubles. A staircase leads on the lower ground floor where the large living room and the sitting room are located with a dining area for 12 guests. A large fully equipped kitchen and an indoor heated pool with Jacuzzi and reverse swim jet are located as well on this level.

Two bedrooms are also located on this level, the first with a double bed with access to the outside area and a second one with a double bed. Both of the bedrooms are an-suite with showers.

All bedrooms offer TVs and air conditioning.

*4 extra foldable beds are available to use for more than 12 guests at extra charge.
The villa is built on a 2000sqm plot offering beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea. Outside the main living area is a big terrace with a 50sqm pool, comfy sun loungers, a shaded dining area and a BBQ spot with a wooden oven.

The house is surrounded by gardens with local trees and flowers while the 1st floor has a really big terrace that overlooks the pool.

The beach of Kokkini Hani is only 1500m away from the villa.

Villa Thea

It was incredible villas, the view and the villas was awesome! If you are planing to do the laundry, it was not working while we were there so maybe ask before. It also smells cigarette on the first floor but the rest of the area was perfect. The host and manager were very helpful. The cook and the assistant were very nice and the food was amazing! I would go back anytime :)

Lovely villa and owner was brilliant. BBQ area fan was not working and no BBQ utensils but owner was not aware and will fix. Boasted indoor pool which looked nice but it was locked so we could not use it at all. We didn’t like to ask about it but it wasn’t really needed!!! All in all nice place and with 6 bedrooms it was good value!

Wonderful Villa!

We had a great time staying at Villa Thea. The owner was very responsive and helpful for our entire stay. Our private chef was amazing! Really made our first trip to Greece something to remember! The only reason we rated this a 4 instead of a 5 is because some features mentioned in the listing weren’t available without an extra charge or were not immediately available upon check in. We also had issues with hot water in the middle of our stay. Most of these issues were resolved within a reasonable period of time, so we were pleased that the owner was responsive to our concerns right away. If we are ever back in Crete we will definitely stay at Villa Thea again!

We had an amazing time at Villa Thea. It’s a stunning place to stay with amazing amenities and great views. The beds are very comfortable and the whole villa meets everyone’s needs. The hosts are also very attentive and welcoming.! We thank you so much for a great time.

Amazing villa!!

We arrived at villa Thea late evening and we were welcomed by Nikos the owner who showed us around the beautiful villa. He bought us some fridge essentials which was very helpful especially when arriving so late at night. We were so impressed, the villa was even nicer in real life than the beautiful pictures! It’s has absolutely everything, the outdoor space is huge with lots of sun beds surrounding the large pool, the volley ball pitch was a hit too especially with the kids. The round seating area and outdoor BBQ with eating area was a great way to bring everyone together especially in the evening! The villa had a lovely, spacious feel to it so you never felt on top of each other. There is a gorgeous little Greek Taverna 10mins walk away which was a hidden gem serving delicious, traditional Greek food. It’s not really walking distance to the centre but it wasn’t a problem because we had a reliable mini bus taxi service who picked us up and took us to Gouves 10mins drive and Hersonisoss 15mins drive. I can’t recommend this Villa enough it was a perfect villa for our family holiday. We’ll be back!

This is a first class property, beautifully built and maintained. Exceeding all expectations.

Rarely have I booked a holiday villa and it is better than the website description and photos. It was exquisite and the photos don’t do it justice. There are many little touches that really add to the experience and that was the personal touch from the owner, he and his family couldn’t have been more kind and helpful and we will definitely be going back! Amazing!!!! beyond all expectation

Villa Thea was totally amazing and extremely well presented. All facilities and amenities were of the highest quality and comfort. All bedrooms and reception areas are very spacious and can easily accommodate 12 people without feeling over crowded. Nikos and his family were on hand whenever we needed anything and their warm hospitality and generosity was sincere and heart felt. Everything was fantastic from our first contact with Patra the Property Manager who was always very prompt at replying to requests, providing information and checking everything was going ok. We would highly recommend Villa Thea and only wish we could have stayed longer. Bill and Patricia
