"We stayed in condo 2 and the accommodations were top notch. The property is deceiving from the outside. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and impeccably clean. The property is located close to the main business district that has a great selection of restaurants. We really enjoyed The Bridge for breakfast and lunch. The property is also not too far away from the Tri-Town Ice Arena home of the New Hampshire Mountain Kings. We highly recommend this condo!"

"We just had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay at the apartment at Sweet Brier Farm! It was quiet, relaxing, comfortable, and well-equipped. We met the adorable farm animals, went in the hot tub, and had two AMAZING homemade breakfasts in the main house. Helen and Keith were so kind and made sure we promptly had everything we needed! We will definitely be staying here again!!!"

"My husband and I stayed here for one quick night after seeing a concert at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion so only in the space for a very short time. It was lovely, though, and had everything we needed, and we would stay again if back in the area for a longer time. The host was very communicative/helpful. "

"I rented this last minute after making a mistake on another rental I wanted. I accidentally rented an entire house with privacy and had it all to ourselves with our dog but the accident was I booked the wrong week, it was the week prior to what I needed and lost all my rental fees. But I was desparate for a place because it was for my sons wedding so 2 days prior to needing it I found this place. It looked exactly like the last one I booked and the size seemed similar so I booked it quickly....

"One of the cleanest properties we've stayed at, and it's obvious the host has put a lot of effort into it. We found the 2nd bathroom almost unusable for the taller folks in our family (it's maybe 4 feet wide) and would have preferred more seating in the living room so all 4 of us could sit and watch TV together. That being said, the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating!"

"We returned to to the property after a friend's wedding, and the front door was locked (guests don't get keys to the front door). Since we couldn't get in, and it was late, we had to go get a hotel room for the night. The front door can easily and carelessly be locked from the inside, making it so other guests can't get it. I would only recommend staying at this property if you carry a lockpicking kit."

"I cannot say enough about this property. I love it enough to buy it, so that says a lot. I stayed with my 3 kids. We fished, kayaked, and swam for the weekend. The house is equipped with all of the basics needed for a comfortable vacation. The beds were great. The home seemed recently renovated and was clean. There's a few local restaurants nearby"

"Firstly, the communication is top notch! Every question I had leading up to this trip was answered fast and the information provided was super helpful.
