"Amazing stay, with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and en-suite. The lodge is detached from a large house but there is dedicated access and the location is perfect! Just round the corner from Heaton Park, which is a lovely bonus. If you want some autonomy and the ability to cook, this is fantastic, one of the best stays I have had and I travel a lot."

"We were extremely happy with our stay. The area is lovely and friendly. The property was spotless, cosy and welcoming. Many facilities supplied as extra too. Will definitely return."

"No heating nor was it controlable from our room also leaking, not well maintained (stains on the walls from damp/water damage, unable to open window fully, booking times was between 2-4 but if after would of been charged more on our booking and had to rearrange our trip around to accommodate this. "

Maned building site room was dirty in need of painting and very unwelcoming Pictures on site were obviously very old room in poor reapiar switches hanging off door lock held on with gaffer tape half the lights didnt work bed was old but clean, Honestly would not reccomend to anybody s#£t hole"

"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. "Considering the location, the room was really quiet which was amazing. Didn't sit in the lounge area but it looked really chill. Appreciated the security at night. Room was clean, TV options weren't great as most of the channels had no signal tea and coffee were minimal. However, it's worth it for the price, location and other amenities."

"Amazing experience! I guess it’s the first time that actually the hotel photos make justice to the real thing. I would definitely return in my next visit to Manchester. The only thing that need to level up is the variety and a quality of the breakfast menu."
