"We were staying in Manchester for a concert at the AO arena. The hotel was in an excellent central location. Rooms were lovely and clean, staff were friendly and the bar lovely. The only downside was the breakfast. There was hardly anything left on the hot buffet when we ate at 9am and they were very slow at replacing items, if at all. There was also not cold water available. Given the price that was charged for breakfast, I was hugely disappointed. That said, I would stay at the hotel again,...

"The room could of been cleaner, there were fake petals and glitter strands on the floor. The beds are very hard however the pillows are very soft and flat, which is not my preferred choice. Parking system needs reviewing. We were not td that we had to find conceierge before trying to leave the car park"

"Really lovely stay. Staff are friendly, rooms are spotless (we got upgraded too!!) and in a great location. Only niggle was we were ground floor and it gets very noisy outside with workmen etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to return though!"
