There was mold along the ceiling, wet spots on the walls throughout the room, moderate dust, and tons of scuffs/marks on walls/footboards throughout the building main floor and room floor. Broken &/or chipped floor tiles were a plenty, and the grout in the bathroom was various shades of gray to black with age/dirt. AC vents/registers were in DIRE need of a good cleaning, which doesn't bode well for condition of the ducting... Windows did...

"Not a good restaurant for dinner. Ended up eating at the bar watching the NBA games. Laundry facilities were clean and well maintained. Washer and dryer are free but bring 4 quarters for the soap. Good location for the Riverwalk."

"The hotel was centrally located and allowed us to walk to just about anywhere we wanted to go-the riverwalk, Alamo and lots of dining. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, better than typical hotel food."
