The Red room was very comfortable, top quality bed linen and the facilities throughout the property are sublime with every attention to detail made. "Perfect for a quick getaway The staff are amazing the dig are near Sainsbury’s and other shops. Domino pizza on the doorstep. 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the Beach and old town. Perfect place for a trip to the coast. "

The outside space was lovely and a great time of year to go as all bluebells and azaleas in bloom making it very pretty. The lounge was also a super sized area for everyone to congregate and enjoy games or a drink . "

"The apartment had everything we wanted including a sea view. The living area was spacious and comfortable, the shower in the bathroom was excellent and the bed very comfortable. It had very obviously been recently refurbished. We were right in the middle of St Leonards to the west and old town Hastings to the east. We caught the train to Rye which was lovely and drove to Dungeness which was one of the reasons for our journey south. We would definitely recommend this property. "

Clean, bright, equipped with everything you could need, very secure, we have a dog, a beautiful vase of fresh flowers from their garden and a very nice welcome pack, especially the decadent chocolate cake! Across the road was an ideal open space to walk Fraser and all the nearby towns easy to get to, ie Rye, Hastings and Battle to name a few. It’s a lovely area to explore and the cottage a wonderful find, thank you"

"I had a great stay with my wife, kid and dog. Beautifully furnished in antique furniture, modern kitchen and excellent balcony to enjoy a morning coffee in. Right in the middle of Old Town, you are a quick walk away from everything, really.We loved our stay."
