"Everything was great! Just as described. It's a compact room, but with everything needed to be comfortable when not at the beach. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the beach itself felt remote even with all the buildings nearby. At low tide there was so much beach!! I got the resort passes but none of the facilities were pet friendly and they were quite adament about my wife not even carrying our tiny dog where pets weren't allowed. We made do. The beach itself was very pet friendly!...

"My two boys and I had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the wildlife & the golf courses. It was our first trip visiting Fripp and I know we will be back! Only one complaint we had was our shower never was hot..But we all managed! "

"I would not suggest this place or host to anyone. The place had not been cleaned and was filthy. We spent 2 hours cleaning before we could unpack. When we notified host with pics she offered to have someone clean it, but we had already checked in at 9pm the night before and cleaned it. We asked her to work with us on the cleaning fee since it had not been cleaned for us and she ignored that part of the conversation. I feel after giving her two chances to make the situation right by discounting...

"The host was very prompt with communication and easy to work with, especially when it came to us not being sure about how to turn on the heat! We appreciated our host including the option to rent her golf cart, especially off season."

"The unit was reasonably well-appointed. It was clean, the bed was quite comfortable and the kitchen had almost anything needed to make meals. One deficit was that althoiugh there was both a drip coffe maker and a Keurig, there were no filters for the former snd no K-cups for the Keurig. That was not noted in the online description. In addition, the hot water temperature was surprisingly low and made dish washing difficult not to mention the shower temperature on a cool moring."

"Everything was really good as far as communication, cleanliness, and location was perfect for Paris Island MCRD Graduation. However, this is the very frustrating reason for the 1 star review. The listing is extremely false. This is NOT a 1 bedroom condo. Its a 1 room condo. Its whats considered to be an efficiency. There is only a half wall between living room and bedroom. So, when your traveling with family or a friend you only have the bathroom to change in or you can squeeze in the laundry...

"The condo was great for its size and location to a beach. The pools were nice and it’s a secure location. This place could use a deep clean. Dishes all ad to be washed before use, under beads full of dust, and forgotten items. Saw a cockroach on the last day. Also, owner and property management is very slow to respond if there are questions. If we had any issues we would have been in trouble for 24 hours. "
