Oceanfront 1 Bedroom-Downstairs Apartment

  • Totalmente renovado - Todo nuevo - Completo de una habitación, un baño con cocina completa en la planta baja, debajo de la casa del propietario. Frente al mar en la playa. Calor y aire. Todo está amueblado, excepto comida y toallas de playa. Los inquilinos tienen uso de una gran terraza arriba, frente al mar, a menos de 10 pasos de la playa. Parte de la cubierta está cubierta.
    Duerme dos adultos solamente, NO FUMADORES, NO SE ADMITEN

    Las camas gemelas se pueden combinar en King, solo pregunte.

    No se puede ver el océano desde el apartamento, pero sí en la cubierta, a solo 25 pasos del apartamento desde el apartamento.

    Siempre tranquilo y muy limpio.

Wonderful host with an appropriately furnished apartment...everything I needed. Absolutely perfect location, right on the beach and always felt safe.

Listing is exactly what you get. Clean, one bedroom that has all the essentials. 33 steps to the beach, my husband counted. Perfect for a couple.

Relaxing vacation. Proximity to beach was perfect. We slept so well in the very comfortable bed. Kitchen is well stocked.

Nice place to stay if you’re a hobbit. Very clean. Definitely close to the beach, which is only 45-50 steps away. VERY small rooms with 6 1/2 foot ceilings throughout. Not for anyone even mildly claustrophobic or over 6 feet tall.

Behind the Dunes

Great spot just behind the dunes from which we could hear the rolling surf. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and stores. Steve and Betty Lou are great hosts.

Beachfront Bliss!

This cozy apartment is very well equipped and just steps from the beach. The owners are very helpful and informative and graciously shared their upstairs deck where we watched many gorgeous sunrises. We enjoyed the charm of the old-fashioned beach cottage. Our stay couldn’t have been better!

A piece of heaven

My husband and I had a wonderful stay last week in the apartment. It was perfect for a couples getaway. The beach was so close! Just up 5 steps and there you are! The beach was beautiful and quiet for a week in July. The hosts were great and very friendly. We plan on making this a yearly trip for us!

Relaxing Beach Getaway

We were looking for time to relax and step away from “real life” and just be together with no worries and that is exactly what we experienced! Truly steps to the beach!

Excellent location and nice for 1 or 2. Apartment is dark and bathroom has a louvered door (limited privacy) and wobbly awkward throne toilet. The refrigerator never got cold even though the temperature was mild (under 70). Otherwise, kitchen was well equipped. The screen porch was nice and a hose and tub were available for rinsing sandy feet.

Perfect Time

We had the BEST time! Host were very helplful with checkin. Place was very clean, had all we needed to have a wonderful time. Weather was perfect, really is only a very short walk to the beach. Resturants were great! Was all Steve and Betty promised! We loved it, can't wait to go back!!

Beat place to stay on Edisto Beach!!

Everything was well taken care of. The restaurants were accessible & staff was friendly. The Sanders are lovely people. Going sightseeing anywhere beyond Edisto beach required a long drive, though.

A solo get-away to Edisto

Was fortunate to book a rather last minute rental. Clean and cozy and just right for one or two people. All amenities for a self contained stay. Can't see ocean from inside the apartment but it is literally steps away from the beach.

Return to Edisto

Have stayed at this property before. Small but perfect for a couple. Everything works so no headaches. Loved the fact that we could use the deck overlooking the beach, so nice. Steve & Betty Llew are great hosts. Edisto is small & laid back but has everything you need for a relaxing stay. When we make it back to Edisto, this will be the first property we look at.

Edisto Beach Getaway

This small one bedroom on the beach is perfect for our annual getaway. Being on the beach is very convenient and nice for early morning and late evening walks on the beach. The accommodations are small and almost feels like being on a boat. The ceiling height is low, probably around six and a half feet, but makes for a cozy retreat. We have enjoyed it for two years in a row.
