The owner requests that all shoes be taken off and stored in the entryway. Each entry way has a shoe storage tray for your footwear. to be stored. If you need to wear shoes to the hot tub, please carry them up and down the stairs.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.

No smoking in or around rental home and its entry ways.
Discarded smoking material on the grounds or in the property will not be tolerated.

No pets allowed

No fireworks

Please do not remove linens / towels from rental

Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
