"Fantastic service and very helpful staff but if you want a good night's sleep make sure your room is away from the front of the hotel. Smokers and other guests meet outside from early morning and are not quiet."

"Was looking forward to the stay however very disappointed to say the least . 1.Most hotels if you get their early allow an earlier check in if there is availability- this hotel wants £25 per hour for an earlier checkin 2. As we got there early than check in, we used the pool. As this is a 4 star ..."

Genting Hotel & Spa at Resorts World Birmingham
"Room was so nice ! and being able to use the spa is always a plus, was a waitlist for the spa but when you get down go it it’s not overcrowded so i don’t mind that! Harry on reception was very helpful !"

The Vale Golf and Country Club
"Lovely location, peaceful and super food! Cabin Ok, not luxury, fairly basic. Jacuzzi bath was super. Cold tiled floor not so nice. No robe or slippers 😞. Would recommend for relaxation and tranquility 🙏☯️"

George Apartments
"Very clean, we had a small double room which was fine for a couple of nights, very modern and location was perfect. Would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water the local coop shuts on a Sunday at 4 so there is nowhere to buy water apart from the pubs. Would definitely stay again."
