"Amazing stay, even extended twice. The service is second to none, everything is no problem. El servicio de todo el stuff fue simplemente excepcional, son la esencia de este hotel. En especial nuestro camarero Malshan se encargó de que todo fuese perfecto. "Very relaxing stay next to the lagoon but also an easy walk to the beach. Only one restaurant was open aged that was on the beach so a bit of a trek when it rained. My room looked out on to a corridor which wasn’t ideal and the sealant around bathroom fittings was black with mildew. But largely these are minor details to a comfortable and relaxing stay at a fair price."

"Horrible and disgusting and such poor service. We spoke with the hotel's reservation a couple of hours before arrival to confirm our 2 rooms and they confirmed back. When arriving there was initially nobody and reception and then a whirlwind of confusion started.
