This 2-bedroom basement apartment with a warm and inviting atmosphere offers a unique blend of vintage charm and modern comfort.

To efficiently manage the small number of parking spots available and enhance our guests' experience, we've collaborated with the parking operator, 'Honk.' Guests can conveniently select their desired parking duration and make payments by scanning the QR code displayed on the parking sign or with the provided link. Please make sure to register your vehicle to prevent any potential tickets from parking enforcers.

- The guest can arrive any time and purchase the nightly rate for $10 valid until 11:00 am.
- The rate is called "continuous parking" which means that once they leave, the spot might be gone.
- The rate is intended to have guests pay a full night without moving the vehicle.
- The rate expires at 11:00 am.

As an alternative: there is an option to buy hourly rates at $1 per hour.

Great stay. Nice little spot in the south end, clean, walk to everything is easy, grocery and convenience nearby. No real complaints other than one of the rooms could use some curtains 🙂

This listing was a great location as almost everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The only downside was that it was a little hot inside (stayed in August) but other than that it met our needs. The host had great communication and the locals were some of the friendliest people you could ever meet.

Cute basement apt

My mum and I were very comfortable in this basement apt It was actually a bit roomier than it appears in the photos, and nicely decorated. Unfortunately we arrived just after an ice storm and the steps down to reach the door were quite treacherous. No attempts were made to clear the ice during our 4 night stay. Otherwise all was good.
