"Barco agradable con buena comida. Lo negativo es el precio desorbitado de las bebidas y la comida del día de la excursión a Cat ba que se hace en un barco amarrado al puerto en mesas de 4 personas donde meten a 6, es bastante incómodo sobretodo si te toca en el medio."

"The whole trip was great experience for a two night package to see Ha Long Bay. The Cruise ship was well appointed and a great base to see the UNECO Heritage site. A few small concerns: the beaches we visited had a lot of rubbish, all boats/ships should invite customers to pick-up the rubbish to help preserve this special environment. Also the ship should have videos and other media which better present the site and environmental goals etc., as this was poring covered by staff."

"Can’t fault the cruise or the staff who were brilliant.. But if you get up early to marvel at the views of a world UNESCO heritage site your going to be extremely disappointed and annoyed to see a HUGE amount of floating rubbish deposited by boats of all kinds including the boats that brought you there..!! We did see one small boat attempting to clean up some rubbish with a small net with very little impact. Please Vietnam look after your UNESCO site a lot better than you are."

"The boat is a mid range cruise nothing fancy but still clean and comfortable. The itinerary itself follows the same as every other boat doing these tours. It’s really only 3 activities in 2 days. The 2nd day is a 30 min kayak and then you spend all morning on the boat and waiting at the dock for the return. If you really want to explore Halong bay I wouldn’t recommend this. Also drinks on board are super expensive! "

"It is sold as luxury cruise but it’s far from luxury! It is average and they can do mucho better with the check in facilities at port and the cleaning of the cruise. Staff were very nice "

"The resort was formally Premier which is good to know, as most drivers can’t find it. It has changed hands after covid and some of the buildings need to be bought up to new code so a lot of vacancies The staff and facilities are fantastic, especially for families The food was good too"
