Welcome to our beautiful, approximately 180 m² house in the Weinviertel region, near Hollabrunn and Retz and Vienna

Our charming house in the Weinviertel is the perfect place to recharge and enjoy an unforgettable vacation. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for relaxation, activities, and memorable experiences.

The spacious garden courtyard exudes a special tranquility, as it is virtually free from noise and traffic. You'll feel like you're in a wellness retreat.

The garden is perfect for barbecues and offers plenty of space for outdoor games. The house has several 3-4 bedrooms for up to 8 guests (standard occupancy: 4 people; additional guests can be accommodated upon request).

Inside the house, you'll find an elegant living room, comfortable seating areas, and a swimming pool. Nearby, you can enjoy horseback riding, soccer, cycling, and tennis.

The house is the ideal place to relax and offers both TV and internet access.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, walk-in shower, and bathtub.

Important Information

Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the house.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house (only on the terrace and in the garden).

Commercial filming and photography are not allowed on the property.

Bed linens, towels, tea, and coffee are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Location

Our house is located just 45 minutes from Vienna (by car or train). The ÖBB Rex train station and the Billa supermarket are only a 15-minute walk (or a 2-minute drive) away. Free parking is available on the property.

Unser charmantes Haus im Weinviertel ist der perfekte Ort, um neue Energie zu tanken und einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung, für Aktivitäten und unvergessliche Erlebnisse.

Der großzügige Gartenhof strahlt eine besondere Ruhe aus, da er nahezu frei von Lärm und Verkehr ist. Sie werden sich wie in einem Wellness-Refugium fühlen.

Der Gartenhof mit Grillmöglichkeit ist ein echtes Highlight.

Der Garten eignet sich perfekt zum Grillen und bietet viel Platz für Spiele im Freien. Das Haus verfügt über mehrere Schlafzimmer für bis zu 8 Gäste (Standardbelegung: 4 Personen; weitere Gäste können auf Anfrage untergebracht werden).

Im Haus finden Sie ein elegantes Wohnzimmer, gemütliche Sitzecken und einen Swimmingpool. In der Nähe können Sie reiten, Fußball spielen, Rad fahren und Tennis spielen.

Das Haus ist der ideale Ort zum Entspannen und bietet sowohl TV- als auch Internetanschluss.

Das Badezimmer ist mit WC, Waschbecken, ebenerdiger Dusche und Badewanne ausgestattet.

Bitte tragen Sie im Haus keine Straßenschuhe.

Rauchen ist im Haus nicht gestattet (nur auf der Terrasse und im Garten).

Kommerzielle Film- und Fotoaufnahmen sind auf dem Grundstück nicht erlaubt.

Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Tee und Kaffee stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung, um Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Unser Haus liegt nur 45 Minuten von Wien entfernt (mit dem Auto oder Zug). Der Bahnhof ÖBB Rex und der Supermarkt Billa sind nur 15 Gehminuten (oder 2 Fahrminuten) entfernt. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung.
