"We liked the hotel host, free coffee, the room was okay, clean, but the lighting in the room was not good, air conditioner was very cold,adjust temp to low. AC still stayed cold. The worst part was the very old used hallway furniture, chair and sofa had fleas, we got bit a lot. Our family would sit and play card gamea, but we had stop,due to the flea bites.The gym and out door pool was great. If you toss out that old hallway furniture. We would consider staying again.
It is close to the IAH Bush...

"This is our “go to” hotel for the Houston, Sugarland area. The rooms are always clean, well maintained and COOL!! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Parking has never been an issue. And special requests are always welcome and handled promptly. Additionally, we have never had a noise issue like other hotels. I HUGE recommend!!"

"The room was very clean which is a major thing for me. The staff were very helpful and pleasant; they made sure I was happy. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast, very reasonable in price too. The buffet breakfast was well stocked. I didn’t need parking but from what I saw there is ample parking. Last but not least, the Shuttle service to and from the airport is a huge bonus and the driver David was very nice. I only spent 1 night because it was a quick trip, but I would definitely use this...

"They keep lobby area clean. Room was not cleaned daily not even if requested. We found a bedbug on one of the beds. Room had a bad smell if AC was not ventilating high. Breakfast was only up for the time specified not even a minute after. Back door of hotel was never locked at least for the time we stayed there very unsafe. Elevator in the back didn’t work/operated properly we were risk at once to stay inside the elevator because elevator got stuck."

"The room was clean but the 6th floor smelt weird so we had to be moved down. Breakfast was simple but consistent. And the staff seemed preoccupied but helpful when you got their attention. The location was great! It’s right next to Main Event and not far from dining and the movie theater. We walked to all three."
