Lagoon Tower 1101 – A three-bedroom, three-bath condo on the 11th floor, just across the street from the Gulf. Lagoon Tower is a low-density complex with only two units per floor.

Unit features:

• Access to the balcony from the living room and master bedroom, with views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon for miles

• Tile flooring in the living area; carpet in the bedrooms

• Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances; dining table seats six, plus a small bench and two bar stools for extra seating

• Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit

• Living area with a twin sofa sleeper

• Primary bedroom with a king-size bed; primary bathroom features double vanities and a jetted tub

• Second bedroom with a queen-size bed

• Third bedroom with a set of bunk beds (twin over full) and a pull-out twin trundle. Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry

• No trailers allowed on the premises

• Maximum of two cars allowed

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

The property was great, had amazing views and was very clean. The check in process was not good. I never received my email with check in instructions. Once I contacted the office they sent the instructions right over, but the code did not work and I had to contact the office again. After that there were no parking passes in our unit and it took 3 people and almost 24 hours for someone to get those to us.

Great location! Ocean and lagoon views are awesome. You can hear the crashing waves and feel the breeze. We saw dolphins in the morning while having our morning coffee. We did not want to leave the condo as it felt as though you were right on the beach.Unfortunately, Thursday and Friday evening our condo neighbors several floors above were excessively talking loud and ensured the entire block heard their music from their balcony. I called the VRBO host which were not willing or able to do anything to assist. I would have thought the condo association would have rules around this type of excessive situation.

This place is amazing! The view is beautiful with the floor to ceiling windows. The openness of the floor plan is perfect. There is plenty of room for everyone. The two pools are great for inclement weather. The access to lagoon was fun for the kids to hangout in and catch some crabs. The private access to the beach was great, it was never crowded. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful space with ample room for our family of 6 and grandparents. Loved that there was an indoor pool and hot tub for a couple of rainy days. Beach access was convenient. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

This place was everything we expected and more. When we walked in, the view was breathtaking! The kitchen was fully stocked with all kinds of cookware and utensils. Plenty of space for family to enjoy time together and then retreat to rooms for privacy. Would love to stay there again.

For our first trip to the Gulf Shores, this place was perfect. It supplied all that we could ask for, it was clean, the beds/couches were so comfortable and the location was perfect. It was on the "quieter" end of Gulf Shores, the beaches were not packed and easily accessible, and every place that we wanted to go was an easy drive. We will definitely be back and would love to stay here again. Thank you for being an amazing host!

The security guard was at the front door. We couldn't find our lock box. The guard came over and started going through each one until he found out on the second landing. Poor quality sitting furniture

Super view, but too cold to stand on balcony.The unit was very clean and laid out very well.The sitting furniture was the pits. For the life of me I can't understand why a place so nice had such crappy chairs and a couch that the back was broken. There also was some other things in two of the bath rooms that needed attention. All these things should have been addressed before we checked in. Makes me wonder why that didn't happen. Such a pretty place but if you want a comfortable sit down place get ready to sit on the bed. The dinning room chairs were made out of plastic and not the good type either.

When I booked this, the pictures did not do it justice. The condo was pristine and had amazing views. It was truly an amazing location with direct access to the beach and fishing. My family had a blast! Will definitely come again!

Beautiful Views

The views were spectacular. You can see the water from every room. The mattresses on the beds are not that comfortable and if you plan on cooking bring your own pots & pans the ones in the room are terrible. Other than a few imperfections it’s a nice place with incredible views.
