☆☆ OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION ☆☆
ACCESS: Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. We are not able to accommodate early or late checkins/outs during busy times or same day checkins/outs for guests. The property features self-checkin using an electronic smart lock keypad. A unique door code will be provided at least 48 hours before check-in.

RULES
✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the pool, bay and ocean.
✔ No fireworks, candles or discharging of firearms allowed.
✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the property based on the reservation.
✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens.
✔ If the property is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee.
✔ Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM.
✔ We kindly ask you to treat our property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

NO SMOKING: or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $500 charge if this rule is not followed.

PETS: Pets are not allowed. Some guests have medical or allergy reasons for staying at places that don't allow pets, and some people simply prefer it. We have to maintain that consistency for our guests. We can't be partly pet friendly and partly not. While we wish we could accommodate this, it is just a policy we can't bend on.

RECOMMENDATIONS: We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our refund policy.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters acknowledge and accept that the property is monitored by outdoor security cameras to protect the property.

NOTICE: All guests at the property agree to hold the property owner, hosts, and all contractors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur on the property. Renters acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the premises. The property owner, hosts, and contractors shall not be held liable for any incidents or damages resulting from the use of the property, its amenities, or the surrounding area.

WILDLIFE & NATURE: We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds. However, as we are located in a rural area, potential guests should be aware that local flora and fauna, including snakes, alligators, lizards, deer, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, may be present. Despite our strict pest control and cleaning regimen, some native wildlife may still make their presence known. Because the property is close to a forested area, we cannot guarantee you won't see some of these. We appreciate your understanding!

Great Location

We stayed at this rental for a baseball tournament - it was the perfect set up for several families to stay together on a shared property yet have our own houses. The amenities with the paddle boards and kayaks to use on the bayside, the grass backyard for kids to play on, and the beach access across the street made the rental the ideal spot for this trip. Also, huge bonus to have access to a beach cart, chairs and umbrellas. We enjoyed being a little further away from the hustle and bustle of the town which also meant the beaches were not crowded. It was easy to instacart grocery delivery and Door Dash food on the nights when we didnt want to go anywhere. The owners were very responsive as well!

Our stay at Bliss on the Bay was wonderful. The condo was beautifully decorated, well stocked with beach essentials, and perfect for our group of 5. The views were outstanding and the beach was a short, easy walk. The host was super helpful and always replied to our questions quickly. We look forward to staying at Bliss on the Bay again.

Looooved it!

Super convenient, super communicative, superb amenities. My only draw is that we couldn’t stay forever because it was AMAZING! Would absolutely go back. Had a minor inconvenience of the lightbulb on the patio being out (because, duh, these things happen) and the host got maintenance to replace it right away. BOOK THIS PLACE NOW!!

Great Family Fun

Beautiful unit right on the lagoon. Our family had a great time kayaking and paddle boarding. Jellyfish were bad out in the gulf so we were happy we were staying on the lagoon. The unit is clean, comfortable and just as the pictures show. The manager responds almost immediately to every question! Will definitely stay again!

Great interior reno

We really enjoyed this stay in Gulf Shores. Came for a soccer tournament and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of renovation in this unit! Great communication, had a little bit of an issue with the door code and batteries, but no big deal and very quick to respond! Enjoyed the deck and sitting on the dock. It was very windy the weekend we were there so we didn’t get the kayaks out but the water is nice and shallow at the shore. There are stairs into the water so getting in a kayak would be so easy but I was too lazy to fight the wind.

Really cute place with lots of fun activities!

Seems to be newly remodeled & decorated with excellent style! We had a blast! Used the kayaks & paddleboards, cornhole, ping pong, ring toss, & we brought our fishing stuff & fished from the pier. There were no other guests in the fourplex while we stayed so we got full use of it all. The downstairs was a bit smaller than expected, but worked just fine for us!! Upstairs was so perfect!! Highly recommend!!

Great place on the bay!

The accommodations were perfect for our family. Loved the view from the porch. We have always stayed on the beach side before, but not we have a new favorite on the bay side. The decor was tasteful; furniture and beds were comfortable. Whenever I had a question, there was always a quick answer. Highly recommend this one!
