"We stayed here over Christmas while visiting family in the area. The unit was dirty upon arrival. The floors and hard surfaced had not been cleaned. Some dishes were put away dirty. The dishwasher had black mold inside and would not be useful in cleaning dishes. We brought this to the property managers attention and they offered to bring a crew in on Christmas Eve to clean but we would of had to pack up our belongings and then unpack again once cleaned. "We stayed here for one night. It’s an older place but the inside has been remodeled. It’s right by the ramp to get on I10 so you can hear traffic all throughout the night. (I’ve included a front porch view picture) So if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to reconsider. It’s definitely a shady area. The homeless camp is visible from the steps.
