"The hotel is conveniently located right above a subway station. This station is also connected to subway lines that both run directly to the airports, about 35 for Gimpo and 1hr and some change for incheon. Gongdeok (the station right below it) is 20 minutes from Hongdae by bus, 20 from Myeongdong by subway but the station, Gongdeok, is way less crowded than either of those which I appreciated. The mini 7 Eleven was nice as well. It's a little pricey, but I still very much highly recommend it. "

"I can not recommend this place enough. The staff was A+! We had some issues with our dryer and they would run to fix it. Always leaving us bottled water and slippers everytime they cleaned our room! They were so helpful and even arranged our airport pickup. I will say this place was amazing! Staff needs to be praised!!! "

"Stay was wonderful all the staff members were so nice, courteous and helpful. Hotel was beautiful and loved the bowing statue up front and the views off the top flows. Will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in Seoul "

"Great staff and stay. I did a business trip for 14 days. There is some construction outside the hotel currently. So be aware that it is loud outside. I honestly think they should include breakfast for guests staying above 10 days. It was a little expensive compared to the other hotels in the area for breakfast. Also, the apple pay not working for the breakfast buffet was very irritating. One day it would work, the next day it would not work. "

"Es war super. Die Lage ist perfekt um Seoul zu besuchen. Die Haltestellen für Bus und Metro sind in der Nähe und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Man bekommt 2 Flaschen Wasser pro Tag. Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Englisch ist an der Rezeption kein Problem. Es gibt ein Minimarket 24h von Nice to CU direkt am Hotel."

"The location was super convenient—close to key subway lines and bus stops, which made getting around the city easy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I loved having convenience stores and a café right in the lobby. The room was spacious, and having a washing machine in the room was a huge plus. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit! "

"スーペリアシングルに2泊しました。歯ブラシ、スリッパなどの備品はありませんが必要なものは揃ってます。ドライヤー、ポット、USBコンセント、シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディソープ、ハンガーはありました。掃除は一週間に1回のようです。希望すれば有料で掃除に入ってもらえるみたいですが私は2泊だったので特に必要を感じませんでした。タオルはレセプションで新しいものがもらえます。一般的なホテルの感覚だとないものが多いと感じますが快適に過ごせました。レセプションの方の対応がよい印象でした。"
