"This property wasn’t in great condition. The pool needed some love, it had stains and had green algae growing on the metal fixtures. The paint was peeling off of the pool chairs and it didn’t look comfortable. The bedding wasn’t great, the bed was uncomfortably firm and the AC wasn’t working well. We left and found accommodation somewhere else. "

La persona que nos atendió mostro buena disposición en un principio, hasta fue a buscarnos al autobús. La cosa cambió cuando le dijimos que no compraríamos ningún tour, que queríamos recorrer nosotros solos el parque. Demasiada presión para vender lo que ses: tours, billetes autobús, ... "Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience."

"The rooms were big, spacious and clean. Breakfast was a good and basic. I enjoyed the banana pancakes. But I found the female owner wasn’t very friendly unless you booked tours with her. We hired bikes and grabs to get to the caves and points of interest. We didn’t join any tours, she stopped talking to us. The male owner was very pleasant and was lovely to deal with. "
