"Convenient location, ac works well enough even on hot days. If noisey rain bothers you then I recommend you sleep on the bottom floor unless there is a chance of flooding. The hosts were very kind and the daughter speaks good English. They have free bicycles and cheap scooter rentals. Beautiful location with a restaurant less than a 5 minute walk away on the river side that serves increase food. 9/10 would come here again."

"Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Nguyen Shack so much! There is such lovely views from the room and eating area. The yoga was amazing and it was so convenient having breakfast there every AM, The staff are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met,., they truly want you to feel at home. My kids LOVED all of the animals and spent hours hanging out with them. We rented scooters and drove the route they recommended and stopped at Paradise cave. It was such a stunning drive. "The pool has a million dollar view. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The price was unbeatable and it included breakfast! An elevator and room fridge would have been nice, but I have no complaints and would highly recommend! The location is excellent!"

"Great! "

"El hotel está bien para su precio y categoría, buena cama, limpio, desayuno correcto. Buena relación calidad precio. La persona que nos atendió mostro buena disposición en un principio, hasta fue a buscarnos al autobús. La cosa cambió cuando le dijimos que no compraríamos ningún tour, que queríamos recorrer nosotros solos el parque. Demasiada presión para vender lo que ses: tours, billetes autobús, ... Eran las 10 de la noche llevábamos horas de viaje y no se debe presionar, solo queriamos...

"Five stars for the wonderful owners and staff! They were so very helpful and friendly! "

"Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience."
