I stayed in a single room with 3 beds with my teenage kids for 3 nights and this location and remoteness was a highlight of our Vietnam trip. "

"Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Nguyen Shack so much! There is such lovely views from the room and eating area. The yoga was amazing and it was so convenient having breakfast there every AM, The staff are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met,., they truly want you to feel at home. "El hotel está bien para su precio y categoría, buena cama, limpio, desayuno correcto. Buena relación calidad precio. La persona que nos atendió mostro buena disposición en un principio, hasta fue a buscarnos al autobús. La cosa cambió cuando le dijimos que no compraríamos ningún tour, que queríamos recorrer nosotros solos el parque. Demasiada presión para vender lo que ses: tours, billetes autobús, ... Eran las 10 de la noche llevábamos horas de viaje y no se debe presionar, solo queriamos...

"Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience."

"The rooms were big, spacious and clean. Breakfast was a good and basic. I enjoyed the banana pancakes. But I found the female owner wasn’t very friendly unless you booked tours with her. We hired bikes and grabs to get to the caves and points of interest. We didn’t join any tours, she stopped talking to us. The male owner was very pleasant and was lovely to deal with. "

"Staff were excellent before and during our stay. They helped us with arranging our pick up from Dong Hoi, early check in, trip to the caves (excellent) and onward travel arrangements. Room had everything you needed for a pleasant stay and it was quiet with a comfortable bed. Fabulous omelette for breakfast too! "

"We stayed in this homestay for 5 days . The rooms wasn't that clean , the beds wasn't fresh . The owners , were kind , but didn't speak English at all . I wish we stay in different hotel ."

"Awesome place to have a laid back stay in Phong Nha. We went in January and were the only ones in the hotel. Originally we had booked 2 bunks but when we arrived they put us in 2 private rooms. Not sure if it was a mixup or an upgrade but it was a nice change after a month sharing rooms. "
