"The rooms are nice and cozy and clean however the bath robes could have been more cleaner as I found other people’s hair on them. That said everything else was great. The rooms were nice and cozy although I really think they should’ve put water for guests in a five star resort there really should’ve been bottled water there is nothing. "Shuttle service from Train station to Hotel, and the acces to public transport with card without additional fees, in the evening the hotel offer a cakes services without any additional charge, many activities in my case to the montain without addional cost. the people is good and the service is excellent."
