"This chalet was a perfect basecamp for traveling the Interlaken region. It is within a 20-minute walk of a major train station and the bus is one minute from the front door. My husband and I adored the small village where it is located. It was amazing to stay in a small and quiet location and easily get to the busier city of Interlaken. The chalet was clean, well organized, and the kitchen was very helpful to have. Communication is easy and efficient with the host. I highly recommend staying...

"The view overlooking the lake is stunning! The chalet was very clean and had thoughtful touches. The location is perfect for exploring Thun, Interlaken and the Lauterbrunnen Valley. We enjoyed grocery shopping nearby and preparing a few meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We slept so well in the comfortable beds and the country quiet. The owner was very responsive and flexible. Our favorite Vbro so far!"

"Wir haben die Woche im Chalet Weitblick sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider war das Geschirr sehr schmutzig. Wir mussten praktisch alles abwaschen bevor wir es benutzen konnten. Ist jedoch der einzige negative Punkt. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen."

"Overall, the property worked for our needs. The address listed is actually to the rental property office, but the exact house. So it’s a bit farther out of downtown than it seems, but we had a car and it seemed public transport was close by. Showers are quite small, but normal for Europe. Beds are very firm,but fine for a short trip. Kitchen has basic essentials. We had to wash some of the bedding when we arrived on two beds as they smelled used and sweaty. Only one set of towels per guest and...

"This home was the perfect place for our family to stay to see the absolutely gorgeous Jungfrau Region. We are a family with 5 young children plus my 80-year old uncle. My uncle stayed in the basement bedroom, which worked out well despite needing to go down the stairs outside to access his room, which he said was cozy. The rest of us stayed upstairs, with 4 kids in the big room and the parents plus baby in the small room. It's not a large home, but had plenty of space for us. The ceilings are...

"This place did not disappoint. The views are identical to the listing. The chalet is cozy and we felt right at home. We took advantage of the fondue sets and made an amazing dinner at home away from the crowded restaurants. The beds were so comfortable and we all slept great. I hope my family can return in the future!"

"Perfectly located (only a couple of minutes from Wengen train station). The apartment is very cozy and beautifully decorated. The balcony is lovey (big table that sits 6 people) and there is a BBQ! Else the electric lock on the entrance door is really convenient as it avoids the need to exchange keys (and potentially loose them). All in all the region is spectacular and one of the prettiest we got to see in our 10 days trip to Switzerland. We love Wengen and this is the second time we stay...
