"We had been desperate for a vacation for the last couple of years. Every time we make reservations and invite family something tragic happens. I was on VRBO daydreaming about a get away. And there are a lot of nice homes with all the amenities of home, some to include hot tubs and pools. None of them said " Come weary soul, be at peace". The breeze over the river never stopped. Morning coffee on the porch was the best time of the day. Listening to the birds sing a song to the melody of the river washed away our stress. Walks going in either direction were delightful and filled with wildlife. To include beaver, deer, huge river turtles, and quick chipmunks. We found rest here and are looking forward to coming back."

"The property is easy to access and accessible to restaurants and shopping. Staff were great and easy to work with. Housekeeping was outstanding in meeting customer service requests. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast lady was friendly and helpful. No real complaints, were were in a double queen room and I think it would have been tight for 4 people. Will definitely stay there again!"
