Mattress was awfully thin and hard as a rock. Pillows were very thin also, I requested 2 extra pillows.Very uncomfortable.
Staff was friendly

"The room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly. It was just me and my dog. I reserved this hotel because I was attending a 3-hour wedding reception in Lake Como and they were dog friendly. However, their pet policy, which is not available on their website, stated pet guests cannot be left unattended in the room. I didn’t find this out until I checked in. This meant I couldn’t eat in the restaurant or leave her for a few hours to attend the event. I had to scramble to find another option...

Basic stripped down, no frills motel. Stayed three nights and maid service never once cleaned up the room. Office door locked at 10:00 a.m. when we checked out.
