"I did not like the property at all. The pictures that was on the site did not look like where I was at. My key did not work since the day I checked in and in order for me to get into room I had to call which it was no immediate response. My last night was the longest I waited to get in the room which was an hour long such an inconvenience. I was not even able to check out effectively nobody answered the phone and I have been calling for hours. The communication the cleanliness the everything...

"We had a wonderful stay in St. Augustine! The property was comfortable, and its location was excellent. We were able to walk to downtown in just 8 minutes, so we didn't need to use our car during our stay. Communication with Monique was excellent. She was always attentive and responded quickly to our questions.
One detail I would recommend mentioning in the listing is that the property has apartments located upstairs, accessible by stairs. If you have difficulty climbing stairs or limited...

"I enjoyed this property. Pool was beautiful, room was spacious, comfortable & quiet! Only thing is the coffee maker didn’t work so I had to go down the street for coffee UGH! Wished there were a few more pots but I made due with what I had. Enjoyed the patio & the security of the building! Will certainly consider staying again! Thanks!"

"We stayed two nights. I think the other reviews were spot on. The unit is on the older side and in a high rise apartment building so you are staying in a until in the same place people live. The check-in process was simple and the communication with the host was fantastic. The room itself, was good, nothing great but nothing bad. Clean, good bed, god water pressure in the shower and plenty of space. The room needs some updating though and using the TV was next to imposable, The remote only...

"I had to wait 20 minutes at checkin for employee to show. The key did not work. The rekey did not work. Receptionist went with us to program our door lock and could not do so. Thus we never had a workable key. There were no sheets on the bed, no towels or wash cloths, no toilet paper, no TV remote. Each time I went to office, I had to wait 5-15 minutes for receptionist because she was busy supplying others like us. Once I got a remote, the TV did not work. The bath tub had scum in it. The toilet...

"This was such a cute property. We absolutely loved it. We did not use the bikes as everything was well within walking distance. We were in town for a wedding and never been to the area. We had an amazing time just walking through the downtown area of Riverside. Get food a Publix and Walgreens just down the road. Very cool places to stop in for a drink and relax. The unit we rented was located perfectly not far from the highway and was very easy to find. Bed was comfortable and all the amenities...
