Be Our Guest at this Premier Property in Riverview

This spacious home in a quiet neighborhood has two lovely living areas that have views of the Highwood and Little Belt mountain ranges. It is located in a great stopping off point between Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks and is on the Lewis and Clark Trail. Great Falls is home to Western Art Week in March and the Charlie Russel Art Gallery and studio museum, Montana State Fair, the end of July, horse racing, fishing, hunting, both downhill and cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center. There is Voyager baseball (minor league team) to enjoy as well as many microbreweries and great dining choices.

There are two large open-beamed living areas. The upstairs "game room" includes a wet bar and 55” Smart TV. The lower level formal living room opens to the dining room with a large dining table that easily accommodates 8 or more. There is a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, microwave, flat-top cooktop stove, and dishwasher, and large side by side fridge. Two large bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has a single over double bunk bed. The main full bath is decorated in a fun vintage style and there is a second shower and toilet in the laundry area. The beautiful large yard has many mature shade trees and you may be lucky enough to see deer that frequent from time to time.

Your hosts live on a neighboring property. They have been restoring this house to preserve the original owner/builder's personality throughout. This property would work well for friends looking for a location for a quilt retreat or for visitors to the area.

This property had everthing we needed and many things we didn't know we needed.The kitchen had eveything we needed. The hosts were very attentive and right next door. We even had surprise guests visit our yard. It was amazing seeing two sets of twin fawns frolicking in the yard.The location was close to family and perfect for us.The house is well maintained and comfortable. Plenty of closet space if needed to extended stays and a quiet neighborhood.Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay!

Comfortable and great location

Everything was great (despite initial miscues in costs, now resolved). Owner was responsive to questions. House was clean and well-equipped. We were close to the art venues we were there to frequent, after spending the mornings sitting comfortably to talk and catch-up on life.Thanks to Jody and Ron!

Perfect family Thanksgiving

The property was just as described! We had 4 generations of family together for Thanksgiving and had fun with the retro decor. It was the perfect place for visiting, playing games, and making new memories. Beautiful quilts, as well. The owners were quick to respond to inquiries before booking and during our stay. It was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. Thanks!

Perfect spot in Great Falls!

Clean, spacious, lots of little things that made the stay more nice (spices, pots and pans, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toothbrushes, shampoo, etc) and a lot of character and charm to the house. We would definitely come back!

Comfortable & well equipped

The property was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you'd need to cook and serve a small group. The house is certainly a bit of a time worp back to the 60's-70's, but everything is very clean and well maintained. Check in process was easy, the keyless entry had some issues, but just took a few tries. Good stay.

Comfortable & clean

Very comfortable, quiet, and clean house. Very retro and a place you want to hang out at. We definitely took advantage of the tv room in the evenings and the beautiful living room for our morning coffee. We used all the beds and we all slept wonderfully. Even the bunk beds have a good mattress so its comfortable for an adult.

Great Falls Oasis

Ron and Jody were splendid hosts -- friendly and responsive. Their care shown in the best equipped vacation rental I've used -- 2nd floor game/TV room (up the spiral staircase) was very much appreciated, as was the upright piano -- one of the grandchildren practiced his piano lessons there (music, not pounding!). Excellent kitchen, and interesting reading materials located in several rooms. Expansive lawn that the younger folks played on, and handsome gazebo with grill used for a couple of memorable meals. The house location is excellent for getting to locations both in and out of town--highly recommended!
