"The room was perfect size for 2 people. It was homey feeling and did not have to pay for parking. It was 20ish minutes from everything we wanted to do. The bed was still wet when we got there and reeked of bleach. It seeped through one of my shirts and destroyed it. We had to sleep on the couch the first night. "Host was very welcoming, amenities are high-tech, and property is gorgeous - we're birders and there was a lot to admire in the yard, including two Barred Owls calling back and forth in the early morning. I wish, though, that the listing would have noted that this unit is the lower-level of an occupied home. Could hear footsteps and dogs barking periodically, even with white noise machines going.
