"This cabin is in a great location and the owner had good communication. It is definitely rustic which I knew when booking and have no problem with. Two issues that need to be addressed are that it wasn’t clean. Every room had to be swept when I got there, floor needed moping but no mop. There was old moldy food in the fridge. "We had the pleasure of staying at The Gem while visiting family in Bovey. It was such a beautiful location (that is saying something considering we are from Alaska) with everything you could need.
